Hot Shots Photo Balls FAQ's

1.) How does HOT SHOTS work?

HOT SHOTS uses a patented thermal process to directly adhere your image to our specially coated sports balls, ornaments, and hockey pucks. This process allows us to permanently place your image on the item of your choice.

2.) How quickly can I get my product?

Normal turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks. Expedited service is available – simply choose the overnight shipping option from the shipping menu.

3.) How long will a HOT SHOTS product last?

Indefinitely! While we do not recommend playing with your HOT SHOTS product, it should last forever if proper care is taken.

4.) Can I send you a printed photograph or do I have to use a digital image?

HOT SHOTS welcomes printed and digital photographs. Simply follow the directions here for information on how to mail your order.

5.) If I send a printed photograph, will I get it back?

The HOT SHOTS technology does not require the use of your actual printed image, so the picture will be unharmed by the process. We will make every effort to return your photograph with your item but, as so many items flow through our production center, we make no guarantees.

6.) What sorts of photographs can I send?

We recommend that you send a digital image or a printed image that is 4x6 or smaller. We suggest that your subject be close-up; small items in the distance do not print well. Due to copyright laws, we are not able to reproduce any copyrighted images.

7.) I am interested in using HOT SHOTS as a fundraiser for my organization or team. How can I do that?

8.) I want HOT SHOTS to come to my event! What do I need to do?
